This is a wheel thrown and hand altered Raku vase- The pattern is inspired by the organic patterns around me found mainly on insects! The pattern is hand-painted in copper and covered with a white crackle glaze – I have slow cooled the pot to allow increased carbonisation and a lovely double crackle to the vessel! It is 14cm tall
